Introduction
Under the patronage of Dr. Kamel Al-Abdeljaleel the Secretary-General of the National Council for Culture, Arts, and Letters, Dar al-Athar al-Islamiyyah and Michael Gordon, Country Director of British Council Kuwait, we cordially invite you to the exhibition opening of The Place I Call Home on Tuesday October 1st from 6pm at the Amricani Cultural Centre.
The Place I Call Home is an exhibition curated by David Drake, Director of Ffotogallery, the national photography agency for Wales. It explores the idea of home related to the experiences of people living in the Gulf and the UK at a time of rapid change and social mobility.
